Old Fashioned Cocktail Kit – Whiskey & Bourbon Infusion Gift

This old fashioned cocktail kit turns a bottle of bourbon or whiskey into a bar-quality old fashioned at home. Pour it into the jar, let it infuse, and pour over ice — no muddler, no bitters bottle, no bartending experience needed. Choose one of six recipes, or get all six and build a whiskey flight to taste side by side.

It makes a good gift for a whiskey lover, a bourbon-drinking dad, or the person who already owns every bar tool. Each kit is made to order with dried fruit, spices, and our handcrafted bitters sugar.

How it works

1. Pour your own bourbon or whiskey into the jar. The label tells you how much.
2. Let it infuse for 2 to 8 hours.
3. Follow the simple pouring instructions printed on the jar.

Ready the same day you open it. A shorter steep gives a lighter, brighter flavor; the full 8 hours makes it bolder.

Two sizes

• Small – 6 oz hex jar with a light gold lid, makes 2–3 drinks
• Large – 16 oz mason jar with a bright gold lid, makes 5–6 drinks

Most buyers choose the Large — it's the better value and makes a more impressive gift presentation.

Bourbon or whiskey?
Either works in every recipe. Use whatever they like to drink; a mid-shelf bottle works great.

How long does it take?
2 to 8 hours. Go the full 8 for a bolder old fashioned.

Which recipe should I pick?
Classic is the traditional pick. For someone who wants something new, try Apple Pie, Tiramisu, or Brown Butter.

How long does the kit keep before it's opened?
About 11 months from the day it ships, and we guarantee at least 9 months remaining when it arrives. Store it somewhere cool and dry until you're ready.

Is alcohol included?
No. We never sell or ship alcohol. You add your own, and the label tells you exactly what to buy.

• Store the sealed jar somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
• Once infused, strain out the fruit and solids and keep the infused whiskey refrigerated.
