Refund policy

Refunds are offered in the following scenarios:

• You wish to cancel your order before the order has been shipped (except custom orders)
• The products arrive damaged, and a replacement is not requested.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not offered.  If you have a problem with your order, please contact us ASAP.
