Our small business started with a spark from our founder, Kristin. Drawing on her years of professional experience in the restaurant and culinary worlds, she built the flavor and vision that define us today.

While Kristin is no longer active in the business, her high standards and culinary heart remain our constant inspiration.

Today, the torch has been passed to David. With a background in IT and management, I’ve traded spreadsheets for cocktails, bringing a customer-first focus on friendly service to Kristin’s original vision. We’re proud to carry her legacy forward while building towards the future

Our products are handmade in our NC FDA certified home kitchen in Huntersville, NC. We ensure, through scientific instrumentation, that all of our dehydrated products are shelf stable and safe through at least the expiration date on the package.
