Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates
• Free ground shipping on orders of $35 or more.
• Orders under $35 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Unless you choose a different option at checkout, we ship your order in as few boxes as possible using the most economical ground service, typically USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver.

Processing time
Every kit is handmade to order in small batches in Huntersville, NC. We aim to make and ship standard orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Custom and bulk orders
Custom orders (such as custom top labels or custom recipes) and bulk orders, including wedding favors and corporate gifts, need extra production time:
• January through September: please allow 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase.
• October through December: please allow a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you have an event date, please let us know when you order so we can plan around it.

Wholesale orders
Shipping for wholesale orders is calculated and charged separately.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
